Torfaen County Borough Council is working to improve lives and address inequalities through a new County Plan which sets out the Council’s ambitions between 2022 and 2027. The 9 wellbeing objectives aim to improve the sustainability, connectivity and the wellbeing of the County by strengthening communities, creating a thriving local economy and by protecting and enhancing our local environment.
